The ACT Integrity Commission works to strengthen the public’s confidence in the integrity of the ACT Government by preventing, investigating, and exposing corruption.
We address allegations of serious and systemic corrupt conduct, maladministration (substantial mismanagement), and conduct that poses a substantial or specific danger to public health or safety, or the environment. Anyone can make a corruption report to us about these types of conduct.
We also manage the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2012, and make sure that whistleblowers are protected.
